Please arrive at the entrance no more than 5 minutes before the start of your booking. You will see Santa 30 - 45 minutes after your booking and complete the activities before seeing Santa. Please note that Grotto times are approximate and might be later than planned.
There is a maximum of 6 people per order, please do not exceed 6 tickets, otherwise the calendar will not show the true availability.
